About Practical Leadership Solutions
Practical Leadership Solutions is me, Linda Farrugia. I am a People and Culture Leader and General Manager with broad strategic, executive and operational experience in high performance for-purpose and commercial businesses.
I have a passion for leadership development and helping people to do their best work and I take a strengths-based approach to building individual and team capability to achieve business outcomes. I have developed and delivered leadership programs as an in-house lead and in a consulting capacity. I have coached CEOs, leaders and team members at all levels within an organisation and really enjoy working with people 1:1 to help them achieve their goals, deliver change and help them to grow their teams.
Having been an Operations GM, I had to practice what I preach with my own team, so I know how to keep it real and appreciate the challenges leaders can face. I like to build or improve things, so I listen to get to the heart of issues and problem solve with innovative solutions while supporting commercial requirements.
Originally from Sydney, I am now based on the Gold Coast and deliver programs, services and solutions across the country. In my free time you can find me exploring my new area, spending time with those important to me, having a coffee while planning our next holiday and pretending to have a green thumb.
